I'm writing this as a response to your email, where you were trying to pressure me into taking down my review before even considering a refund for the defective item (super unprofessional, by the way).

If there's a way to upload photos, I'd be eager to share images of the shoddy shorts, my son in the boots and joggers that completed his look, and how he couldn't wear the outfit on Christmas Day. You've already seen those pictures in our emails. I had to stitch the shorts together quickly for a photo shoot since we had no other outfit and no cash to buy a new one. I can also post the faulty shorts' pictures with dates and times on my social media so folks can see this is a legit review, as I can't upload photos here.

I bought the Christmas outfit back in September to avoid stock running out. At first glance, it seemed great, but once we tried it on, it turned out to be a really poorly made item this time. There wasn't enough material when it was stitched, leading to one side of the shorts coming apart just an hour into our visit to see Santa. I reached out to the company, but I haven't heard back.
